  • Basic system information. ( For example, "Desktop computer, Windows XP Pro /w SP2, P4, 1GB Memory, 120GB HD, Axis IP camera" )
  • If your question is about CyeWeb, you can export your setting and send it to us. This could be very helpful for us to diagnose your problem.
